TikTok – 3D Animated Dancing Videos

The TikTok project is a unique and significant initiative for us, marking the first time we integrated real social media videos with custom-designed characters. This project was done in collaboration with Homa Games Studio, a publisher based in France.

Project Scope:

1. Concept and Characters:
   • The project involved two main characters: a farmer and Valentine, both designed specifically for this purpose.
   • These characters were part of Homa Games Studio’s game roster.
2. Integration with Real Videos:
   • We took real videos from social media, featuring actual people, and blended them with our animated characters.
   • This innovative approach created a compelling and engaging viewing experience.
3. Trend Responsiveness:
   • A key aspect of this project was our ability to quickly respond to trending videos on TikTok.
   • When a video started trending, we would recreate it using our characters and deliver it within about two weeks, often by the end of the trending week.
   • The turnaround time depended on the complexity of the trend, but we consistently aimed for a rapid response.
4. Animation Production:
   • Over the course of approximately two years, we produced more than 190 short episodes, each ranging from 10 to 20 seconds.
   • At the peak of the project, we delivered up to ten animations per month to the client.
5. Impact and Success:
   • This project greatly enhanced the visibility of Homa Games on TikTok.
   • The account garnered between 1 to 1.5 million followers and several million likes and comments within two years.
